My mum and dad are settling down well with the new carer(s). I know it has only been a week, but my sister, brother and I have felt so much better in ourselves, it is like a huge worry has been lifted from us - we had felt very uncomfortable telling the previous care company that they were just not for us. We didn't really know what to expect from any company but we did realise that what my parents needed most was to have a proper, daily routine - something that the previous carer(s) seemed just incapable of doing. Well, with the expertise of Sadie, Mum and Dad's routine is back! They are up and running and enjoying life again, despite their dementia and Alzheimer's. Home carers are on time, so efficient,so caring, and they all, also find time to have a friendly chat with my parents. Mum and Dad's GP advised my sister and I, ''Keep your parents, safe, in their own home, for as long as you possibly can, that will be best for them.

Sadie and Mulberry Care have looked after my mother with severe Alzheimer's Disease for nearly a year much of that time has been on a daily basis. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion that she has shown to my mother. As her disease has progressed they are always finding new ways to manage her and make her happy. Sadie truly has been an angel and changed a very difficult distressing situation into a manageable one.

The standard of care is fantastic. Its not just the mechanics of looking after Mum, its the kindness and thoughtfulness shown to her when looking after her. I can't recommend the service highly enough
